RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please obtain an RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) from your salesperson. Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from Dynamic Bikes in advance and must be made within (10) days of receiving the product. All returned/canceled products with Dynamic Bikes will be assessed a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. All products which are approved for return/ cancellation will be refunded within 15 to 30 days. All products returned must be in the original manufacturers wrapping and in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Dynamic Bikes to the Buyer. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the part has been cleared from Dynamic Bikes will the Buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods, Dynamic Bikes shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Dynamic Bikes does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Parts, which have been mounted or used, are not returnable under any condition. Special Orders, and all Electrical parts are not returnable. WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDITS ON SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS, ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, INSTALLED, OR OTHERWISE RENDERED NOT SALEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!


SPECIAL ORDERS:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY... All orders are charged at time of placing order. Dynamic Bikes shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to reductions of price or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR RETURNED. Delivery on special orders may take 2 weeks or longer. ABSOLUTELY NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PRICES:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY PRICE OR ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT:

Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. It the package was dropped off, promptly call FED-EX at 800-463-3339 Dial * or call us at 818-360-4021. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in Stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier or the part is returned to us. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE COVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WARRANTY:

We offer a one year limited warranty from date of shipping to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, not to exceed the original purchase price. In addition, all manufactures extended warranties will remain in effect. We will not pay for consequential, incidental or contingent damages or expenses. Specifically not covered are items used for racing, rallying or off-road use and items that have been altered or improperly installed. Dynamic Bikes does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Dynamic Bikes is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY:

All parts manufactured in the USA. All items will be shipped out 3-7 working days after the order has been placed. For special orders please contact one of our associates for an estimated delivery time. Dynamic Bikes shall not be responsible for any late shipments. ALL SHIPPING DATES GIVEN ARE APPROXIMATE.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE GUIDE:

Fed-Ex Service within the continental USA only. USPS for international parcels.

PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY:

Motorcycles can be dangerous. Dynamic Bikes has no control over the use of any part. Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. Dynamic Bikes is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking) or act of nature. Buyer understands that all body kits may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work, shaving, molding, etc. We recommend you have a skilled body shop technician install and paint any body kit for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. Dynamic Bikes, therefore, expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part. By placing an order with Dynamic Bikes, you agree with and accept the terms of our parts installation/fitment policy.
